Kurt Tschaepe is an Operations Director at The NORDAM Group. Kurt served 12 years in the United States Army as an Infantry (Airborne) and Civil Affairs Officer. Since leaving the Army, he has had experiences in aircraft transparencies and aircraft structures for both commercial and military customers. At NORDAM he has oversight of both commercial manufacturing and military programs. He has served in a variety of aviation leadership roles in both quality and operations.
