Boston, MA, October 22nd, 2020 Canvas GFX, Inc, the leading technical documentation and visual collaboration software provider, today announced it has joined MxD (Manufacturing times Digital), a research and development institute focused on driving innovation in manufacturing.

MxD, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, is one of 14 government-funded manufacturing institutes across the country. It aims to “tackle some of the military’s most challenging manufacturing problems while also serving as a central hub for data on the sector’s competitiveness.”

The new partnership enables Canvas GFX to share unique expertise and insight relating to technical visual communication challenges and workflows within the aerospace and defense manufacturing sector. It will also benefit from the opportunity to collaborate with leading manufacturers and solutions providers in the development of cutting-edge digital solutions for the sector.

Enhanced Capabilities
